Surfing Weather rebuild kicks off

The old PHP weather site is being replaced. The new stack:

• Astro static site — fast, no server runtime.
• Raw NOAA data pipeline (poc/) — GFS-Wave + GFS GRIB2 straight from NOAA’s AWS open-data bucket, nearest official grid cell, no interpolation.
• Spots organised by continent / state / location, searchable from the homepage.

First spot live: Snapper Rocks, 7-day horizon, feet and knots.
